He played a pivotal role in establishing the Governance, Risk and Compliance division and orchestrating the acquisition of World-Check, now owned by LSEG.
\nDavid brings extensive expertise in global finance, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions, gained through his involvement in large-scale businesses with diverse product lines. Prior to his tenure at Thomson Reuters, he held executive-level positions in various industries such as financial services, technology, and enterprise software.
