Who is responsible for processing my personal data?
Your personal data is primarily processed by Feedzai, acting as a data controller for the purposes described in this Notice. Under certain circumstances the responsibility for data protection and your privacy is shared with one or several other legal entities, such as Feedzai’s subsidiaries or third parties, as detailed below.

What personal data do you process and why?
Recruitment
We share job opportunities on our careers website, where you can fill in a form and apply for a specific role. We will only collect the necessary information to be able to duly manage the recruitment process. This includes your identification and contact data (such as first and last name, email, phone number), academic and work experience related data that you include in your resume/CV, and any other data that you may choose to provide us with.
We need this personal data to assess if you are the perfect match to fill one of our job offers.
Considering this, the legal basis for this processing is the performance or negotiation of a contract with you, or your consent (only for keeping your CV for future job opportunities).
Additionally, based on our legitimate interest, at the end of your relationship with Feedzai, we may send you a questionnaire to collect anonymous information about your experience at Feedzai.
Marketing
We may also use your personal data for marketing purposes. We will use it to send you marketing communication emails with company updates, invitations to events, newsletters, and other topics related to our business. Please note that we will only send you these marketing communications in case we have your consent to do so.
Answer to your contact requests
In case you contact Feedzai through our contact us page, we will process your personal data to answer your requests/questions. We will collect your identification and contact data (such as first and last name, email, phone number, country/region, business area), professional data (such as job title), and/or other data required in the contact forms.

Customer and vendor relationship
In case you are or work for a Feedzai customer or vendor, we may process your personal data as needed for the performance of the contract we have in place with you or with the company you work for, for example, to provide customer support or to send contractual/legal notices.
The personal data collected for this may include your identification and contact data (such as first and last name, email, phone number), professional data (such as job title), and/or any other necessary data.
Please note that in case you are or work for a Feedzai customer we may, based on our legitimate interests, send you customer satisfaction surveys with the goal of improving our services.
Finally, in case you choose to participate in one of our product usability test sessions, Feedzai may process your identification and contact data (such as first and last name, and email) and/or any other necessary data for registering you in these sessions.
Cookies
In order to protect our website visitors, assets and business against violence, fraud, theft, misuse and other malicious activities, Feedzai has put in place a range of different security and safety measures (including cookies, tags and other similar technologies). Legal defense
Based on our legitimate interest, we may need to process your personal data in order to protect the rights, property, or safety of Feedzai, or of any of our respective subsidiaries, business partners, employees or customers, for example, in legal proceedings, internal investigations and investigations by competent authorities.
Feedzai Hotline
Feedzai may process the personal data you choose to provide when submitting a complaint through Feedzai Hotline.
This data may include i) identification, contact, and professional data of the whistleblower (e.g. name, email, phone number, job role, employer, ii) access number and password of the whistleblower (created when the they submit a report or asks a question in Feedzai Hotline, iii) facts reported by a whistleblower about a suspected violation, including how and where the suspected violation occurred and how they learned about the suspected violation, iv) identity, role, contact details and the employer of the individual(s) allegedly involved in the suspected violation, v) photographs and videos (to the extent legally possible), comments, and other content or information a whistleblower may submit to Feedzai Hotline, and vi) other personal data that may be processed if included in the report or as a work-product of the whistleblower officer/investigators’ inquiries.
This personal data is necessary for Feedzai’s compliance with the legal obligation to establish an internal whistleblowing line (Feedzai Hotline), Feedzai’s legitimate interests in preventing and combating any compliance matters, in order to prevent damages (material and reputational), and violations of laws, rules, regulations, and Feedzai Policies, and Feedzai’s legitimate interests in proceeding, where permitted, with the appropriate disciplinary action and/or claims before the public authorities. These grounds do not cover compulsory notifications made by public authorities under the national and/or other legal obligations.
How is my personal data protected?
Feedzai is committed to protecting all personal data it processes against unauthorized access and loss of data integrity and confidentiality. To this end, we have implemented a variety of security measures, security systems, rules and other procedures to maintain the safety of your personal data.

Do you share any of my information with third parties?
We do not transfer your personal data with third parties without a legitimate grounds to do it.
However, Feedzai may share your personal data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing our services to you, so long as those parties agree to keep such data confidential and are bound by legal agreements. In this line, we may disclose your personal to:
- Feedzai subsidiaries – companies related to Feedzai by common ownership or control;
- Business partners and providers – trusted companies that work with and support us in providing our services and operating our business;
- Law enforcement and public authorities – when we are required to do so by law or to protect Feedzai’s rights;
- In case the investigation of a whistleblowing report concludes that there is administrative, civil or criminal liability and/or disciplinary proceedings are warranted, and the involved person(s) is/are not employed by Feedzai, Feedzai must communicate the results of the investigation to the involved person(s) employer in order for them to proceed, where permitted, with the appropriate disciplinary action and/or claim before the public authorities.
Anonymous information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or analogous uses.
Due to its worldwide market approach, Feedzai may need to process your data out of the European Economic Area. Any information we might share with a third country, outside the European Economic Area, is made under strict compliance with all the applicable law. If a relevant adequacy decision is not in force, Feedzai ensures the adoption of the standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanism, as required by law.
Nothing in this policy contradicts the following statement: Feedzai (and specifically the domain browseranalytic.com) does not collect any data regarding a particular user or device (including IP addresses and user identifiers) on sites or apps not owned by Feedzai, except to perform anti-fraud services. In addition, Feedzai never shares third party provided personal data collected on one customer’s site with other customers or any third party and, except to perform anti-fraud services, never uses or shares such data to create a profile based on a particular user or device. Any retention of such data will be limited to at most 12 months and only as necessary to perform our anti-fraud services.
Finally, we inform you that Feedzai does not sell or trade any personal data.
How can I exercise my rights?
You may exercise any of your rights (the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling) at any time by emailing [email protected] with your specific request.
You may also withdraw any consent you may have provided, at any time, by contacting the email above. Additionally, you may opt out of receiving marketing communications, such as promotional and newsletter emails by following the opt-out instructions provided in such emails. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not invalidate the processing carried out up to that date based on the previously given consent.
For requests relating to your personal information, we may need to previously verify and confirm your identity to guarantee the legitimacy of your request. If an authorized agent is corresponding on your behalf, we will need a written and signed authorization before proceeding.

For how long will you keep my information?
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. For personal data processed according to your consent, we will keep it until you withdraw your consent.
